League Play will be at 6:00 sharp on Tuesday evenings at McClelland Park and 6:05 sharp on Thursday evenings at Morse Park North in Neosho. Cost is $5 for both leagues with $3 going to payout, $1 to the Joplin Disc Golf Club, and $1 going to the ace pot. The ace pot is a 75% payout going to the player. All ace pot money that is collected while the ace pot is capped ($133) goes into a fund towards improvements to the course (i.e. new baskets, tee pads, etc.) Both leagues will have their own ace pot.

JDGC Summer Leagues

With the introduction of league play in Neosho the JDGC will now be hosting 2 nights of league play during the summer. On Tuesday night we will have league at McClelland Park and Thursday night will be at Morse Park North in Neosho. The Joplin league will start at 6:00 sharp and the Neosho league will start at 6:05 sharp. The leagues are $5 with $3 going to the payout, $1 going to the ace pot, and $1 going to the JDGC. The ace pots will be kept seperate for both leagues. Both of these leagues will play random partner/best shot disc golf, but that could change from week to week. 5th Annual Four States Open Tournament

The 5th Annual Four States Open tournament will be September 25-26th, 2010 at McClelland Park in Joplin, MO. This tournament will be a PDGA B-Tier Event with $1,500+ in added cash to the payout. There will be many extras with your entry including a free lunch on Saturday and a free player's party in downtown Joplin on Saturday evening. There will also be a doubles tournament the Friday night before with $150+ in added cash to the payout so plan on coming a day early to play the course and get the most out of this tournament. Microtel has given us a great room rate for this tournament with prices of $44 for one queen bed and $52 for two queen beds and it being minutes away from the course.
